1. Financial monitoring and analysis by monthly, quarterly and yearly
2. Assist in handling all corporate matters such as:
- Capital injection, capital increase/decrease, fund raising, shares restructuring etc.
- Manage and review related legal matters e.g. shareholders agreement, joint venture agreement etc.
- Liaise with other consultants e.g. auditor, legal advisor, accountant etc.
3. Assist in handling company’s mandatory meetings such as Shareholders Meeting and Board of Directors Meeting by:
- Preparing meeting materials
- Conducting meetings
- Drafting meeting minutes
Financial Advisory (FA)
1. Feasibility study
2. Business plan
3. Fund raising package
4. Facilitate, coordinate, prepare and arrange of Joint Venture Agreement
Account & Finance
1. Manage all cash management functions
2. Set up accounting structure
3. Oversee the general accounting functions including financial reporting and balance sheet management
monthly, quarterly and yearly
4. Coordinate with external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records
5. Ensure that company financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and IFRS
